John E King Broker Associate Although John was born in Pennsylvania, he moved to Sebastian at the ripe old age of three. After obtaining a bachelors degree from Florida State University, John worked in West Palm Beach for two years as a branch manager for Florida Engineered Construction Products, before returning with his wife Aida to work in the family business. Having grown up around the real estate industry, John had always dreamed of returning to his hometown and working for Realty King. Sean Prescott Associate Sean is a native Floridian and moved to Indian River County in 1990, where he attended elementary, middle school, and graduated from Sebastian River High School in 1997. He began his college career at Indian River Community College and moved to Tallahassee in 1999 where he finished his Associates degree at Tallahassee Community College. Sean graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Florida State University’s College of Business. In 2005 he married his wife Laura, and moved back to Sebastian to be closer to family and friends. Sean is actively pursuing new clients based on honesty, trust, and understanding of their needs.
